Mother’s Day is tomorrow, Sunday May 14!!! Hopefully you didn’t forget! But, if you did and need something cute last minute (or maybe you did remember but want something else fun to add to your gift), I’ve got an quick and easy DIY just for you!
Flowers brighten anyone’s day- especially Mom’s! But don’t just give her a bouquet of flowers in ordinary clear wrapping. Give her a bouquet wrapped in beautiful hand lettered kraft paper!
Here’s how!
You’ll need kraft paper cut to a large square. The bouquet of flowers I purchased already came with a kraft wrapping- so I’m using that. You can use kraft colored paper or other colored paper- completely up to you!
Cut a circle in the middle of the paper. This is where you’ll put the stems through.
Now, letter words or phrases all over the paper. Don’t be afraid to letter in pencil first!
I used a Tombow MONO Twin marker to letter over my pencil marks.
And that’s it! Stick your stems through the hole and wrap it around your bouquet. Super easy! And no doubt it will put a smile on Mom’s face.
I’d love to see how you lettered your wrapping! Snap a pic and share on Instagram. Be sure to tag me so I can see!
